Casa Foelas is a detached country villa with a private pool set in its own grounds of a third of an acre with ancient olive trees and gardens and incredible views across the countryside.
The stretched octagon 8 x 4 metre pool opened in Summer 2017 and is surrounded by decking and is fully enclosed with a fence and a gate making it very safe for children. There is a covered terrace perfect for a warm summer evening to sit and gaze at the views across the valley.
The spacious sunny split-level house is divided into two apartments. The Garden Apartment, which is available to rent, offers accommodation for up to 5 adults .

After a truly picturesque – and easy – drive from the airport, Casa Foelas can be found in the friendly hamlet of Guarenna Vecchia (old Guarenna).
There is lots to do in the area and both the coast and the beautiful national park are just 25 minutes away by car.
The flavours of Abruzzo cuisine are deep-rooted in the region’s history, with its hundreds of years of experience in farming the land and rearing livestock.
It makes the area a perfect place for foodies with a number of superb restaurants less than 10 minute walk away through the countryside and olive groves.
And it is a great place to stock up on top quality olive oil, cheeses, pasta and wine as well as salami (Italian charcuteries), honey, liqueurs and many other Italian specialities.
